Payment and Cancellation Policy
‘Pay Now’ Policy: No refunds will be made if cancelled or changed. This rate is pre-payable at time of booking and is non-transferable, non-amendable and non-refundable.

‘Flexible Pay Later’ Policy: Free cancellations up to 48 hours of the arrival date, at which point payment will be taken automatically. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation (pre-authorisation may be required).

Damages Policy
We reserve the right to charge guests for rectifying damage (whether deliberate or accidental damage) as well for any additional cleaning requirements, breakages or items being removed from the premises without consent. We reserve the right to charge the guests’ card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
