Go wild at a Hogmanay hootenanny at The Tree House in Ayr
Light, bright and bang in the centre of Ayr – The Tree House is the perfect place to bring in the bells with a New Year feast. This year, the team are offering guests the chance to bid a fond farewell to 2019 with three delicious courses and prosecco for the countdown to the bells. Pause the present shopping at Lido Troon
We’ve all been there. You’ve been barged out of the way by numerous frazzled fellow shoppers, endured your 50th refrain of White Christmas over tinny store speakers, and still can’t figure out what to get Aunt Margaret other than another set of slippers. You need a break. Welcome to Lido, where the cool, calm and continental vibes will leave you feeling laid back faster than you can say ‘tinsel.’ With a menu featuring simple, delicious dishes with a subtle Mediterranean influence, lunch here is the perfect antidote to the excesses of the festive season.
Find a festive home-away-from-home at Vic’s and The Vine in Prestwick
